An integrated system for gathering and using related petroleum gas must include the processing of the gas. The Company’s gas processing facility is a state-of-the-art complex that can produce liquid hydrocarbons and dry stripped gas, both of which are widely used in Turkmenistan’s commercial and industrial activities. The plant produces high-quality goods that meet both the technical requirements of the Customs Union and the governmental standards of Kazakhstan.
Gas production and delivery, along with increasing processing capacity and producing energy at its own power plants, are priorities for O&G Resources LLP. In every area O&G Resources LLP uses the newest equipment to ensure connected petroleum gas consumption operates at peak efficiency. An extensive system for gathering and utilizing associated petroleum gas includes the processing of the gas. The Company’s gas processing plant is a state-of-the-art establishment that can generate liquid hydrocarbons and dry stripped gas, both of which are extensively utilized in Kazakhstani trade and industry. The plant produces high-quality goods that satisfy technical requirements set by the state and the Customs Union.
O&G Resources LLP became a leader in the integrated approach to gas processing growth in 2019 with the creation of the Gas Processing Division (UPG). 10.3 million cubic meters of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and dry stripped gas were transported by O&G Resources LLP in 2018. O&G Resources LLP sold 10 million cubic meters, making up 14% of all gas shipments. Increased gas production led to a 3% year-over-year increase in international gas sales to 6 million cubic meters. The local mobility sector is experiencing a positive shift and cheaper gasoline, which will eventually help drivers and passengers of public transportation. Another significant opportunity for the LPG industry is the replacement of gasoline and diesel fuel in river vessels.
